• Open source – Once published, final code must be completely open source and free.
• Meet criteria – As per startjoin.com/bitcoinvsmovies this will be expanded upon when a little more interest comes in.
• Scalability – Must be deployable by a lemonade stand all the way up to an industry leader.
• Backers – It has the names of the backers in the help/about file or similar as per the project on startjoin.com/bitcoinvsmovies
• Secure – It must be secure, logically at least some kind of payment mismatch protection should be implementable by an algorithm, or a report being run every 2 mins comparing BTC in/out addresses or such.
